How to Apply Gold Label Underwater Sealer

• Preparation: For the absolute best results, ensure all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and free of heavy grease, dirt, and algae before application.
• Application: Squeeze the sealant directly onto the surface you wish to bond. If you are joining materials that are prone to movement (expansion and contraction), ensure you leave a minimum 2mm thick bead between the surfaces to allow for flexibility.
• Curing Times: The sealer will develop an initial tack in 2-3 hours, can be painted over after just 4 hours, and will achieve a full, heavy-duty cure in approximately 24 hours. (Please note: It is not suitable for use in temperatures below 10°C, or on Polyex, HDPE, or LDPE plastics).
